This thread has completely confused me... lol


So, good things are Crownguard and CG pin, CG Roller bearing lever, Crown hex tube, Caseback, dial and logo and lume (if sausage), AR, lug screws...

And 'bad' things are the crown looking a bit close?

And QQ is complaining because the case strap notches are too correct because he wants the alternative and for a project?? :lol:


If all the above is correct this looks to be a great replica we should be thanking the factory for!


(But if you wanted to make it even better than it already is OOB, you'd get a Jakob CB ($130?!j and BigCrown crystal?)

If you look at Andrew's pictures and compare the picture of the 177L and the 005K it becomes clear that they got it right and did a sausage dial. On the 005k you can see the roundness to the 12, 3, 6 from the reflections making it clear they're raised. On the 177L you can see the two layers:

111J is not correct for this model. It doesn't have strap notches between the lugs and it should

I'm quite sure the cut outs on the 111J were nearly invisible, that's why so many people are using the case for their pre-v builds
