It has been confirmed that an HBB IB Evo will be coming from the V1 factory after CNY. And it will beat the V5 price!
I know Sead from Supermirrors was selling the new 177 & 111 slightly modded and he made the crown sit a little bit far away from the case, so at least it's possible.
No, QQ, no good for any Pre-V projects. But, if it *was* good for Pre-V, it'd be all wrong for a current 005.
This looks really good, honestly. Some VERY minor nits to pick, but this is much, much, much better than any 005 rep we've seen before.
Get a caseback from Jakob, a new crystal from BigCrown and wear the crap out of it!
I'll wait for some better pics to judge the crown spacing. It looks a tad too close to the case, but that could be an illusion. No matter, it's a simple fix most likely.
All you have to do is mill the top of the crown. Ad an extra washer and bring the stem out. 30 min max with a dremel

The reason the crown can not be turned more on the stem to make the distance from the case a little longer is because unlike older watches we can not file down the cg lever. So we would remove the stem and twist the crown left to bring the crown firther from the case. Since you can't file the cg lever you have to make the cg dish deeper. A dremel and the right attchment should allow you to bore the dish out just a very very little so that the cg lever can come down

just curious thou, anyone knows if this new 005 is from the same factory as the 288, 177 or from the 111J? it does look prettty good with better attention to details and the lume looks really good too!

That looks really damn good. The crown is the only thing I'd mess with...otherwise I'd probably just wear the thing.

this is great! hope it retains all the strengths in the recent 177 seeing its from the same factory.
the only gripe i've read so far is the crown being too close to the caseset, this should be an easy fix right? like using a longer stem?

No matter how good it is, I doubt it'll be better than jakob but 130 for a caseback isn't for everyone's pocket
It looks correct, if it's a k serie, there have been 1200 units of K, so this is correct, the rest looks fine too but with tagged poor resolution pics...you never know ^^
I think you can order it now but it will only be shipped after the 9th next month. At least that what Josh said
I think what Josh meant is he is having them delivered 9th Feb. so they will be shipped out after he does his "QC" stuff.
