So, just my observations...Puretime been on the forum since 2006 and over 12k posts and TD. OP less than a year, 3 posts.

If I put any credit to OP's accusation, I also give the same amount of weight to Puretime being skeptical by asking for package weight and OP not only not willing to cooperate but flat out trashing PT.

PT has just as much claim to say OP is scamming the transaction as OP did to PT. I see no effort on OP to resolve this other than whine and bitch and hope the world stops and pays homage to his royal ass.

I don't know who is right or wrong here, but if I stack up the facts I can easily choose one side over the other.

I've had minor issues, or usually no issues, over many orders from PT over the years. NEVER not shipping the watches ordered. This is not how PT stays in business or operates. This OP is new, does not understand how ordereing from a TD works, and is flat out trying to scam PT.

My last Puretime watch was delivered in UK by Royal Mail - they dont have the right to open the package and remove the goods just because theyre reps
...well....yes they do if there's probable cause of a felony, like importing counterfeit goods.
But more probably the clerk who scanned the parcel at the airport simply fancied a good rep. That's also a felony. Bad, bad clerk.

Packages are weighed before shipping. If the label says around 200g only one watch was shipped. If it says 500g three watches shipped. Not that complicated.
not taking a side here, but...

weight on the shipping label means nothing. i package and ship things all the time, and i can put whatever weight i want on the label, i'd just have to pay more for postage. carriers weigh your package to see if you've paid enough for postage, they aren't re-stamping/re-labeling packages with their actual weight.

e.g. i could "sell" someone a phone, pay for 2 pounds of postage, ship an empty box, and claim it was stolen in-transit.

Ryan has been a complete gentleman, and my interaction with him is the same as with the vast majority of satisfied customers.

this whole hobby of ours is filled with potential Risks, disappointments and unrealistic expectations. I don’t know the OP finances, but personally speaking. I would attribute it to the dummy tax, bad luc, mix up at the factory or whatever. as A new enthusiast I Expect junk, and I’m quite shocked at the actual product.

Hope you guys work it out, but Ill continue to buy from Ryan with no hesitation whatsoever.

So OP is now going to send the one watch and all the boxes back, correct @Ciscoken? Because otherwise you'd be the thief now...
if i were in his position and telling the truth, i'd return the watches but ask for a label from puretime.

I think puretime got scammed
Sorry to hear
someone involved is a thief, whether it's whoever packed the order at puretime, someone at the shipping company, or OP; we'll never know.

if OP is running a scam, i find it odd that'd he'd come here, cry about it, and draw attention to himself.

but then again, if criminals were smart they wouldn't be criminals.

I offered to send the single watch and beat up ripped boxes missing the paperwork that was in the QC and boxes back I got no response. They are welcome to the junk they sent me.

if op has booked the money back, he MUST send the goods back, otherwise HE is, without a doubt, the thief.

Again I got A single watch and 3 beat up ripped boxes missing paperwork That they sent me pictures after the fact was included. If Puretime sent me a label I would be more than happy to send back the garbage they sent @puretime email me a label and I will send you this garbage back.
