Deal Extreme (or your Chinese cheap tech flogger of choice) has laser CNC engravers for under 100 bucks.

The logo is basically a Templar Theme I found...to make it simple possibly just use something like this...I don't know how detailed you want to get. You can google Templar cross/shield etc and maybe you will see something cool you recreate.
