Wow. Nice to see. Looks great! I couldn't wrap my head around it earlier, but now i can imagine how it will be.

Now that you're talking exotic sports car materials like Alcantara and black/red combi's - which is a superb idea btw - i couldn't stop myself in thinking about black carbon fibre fabric with red stitching/velcro closure or something like that. I don't know if it's a realistic strap material to work with for straps at all.

Personally i would be more than satisfied with a fabric velcro strap in grey or dark blue.

I have brown epi hide but i guess it won't work as cool as red would.

Also, i'm seriously considering starting a project to make custom forged carbon loops for the velcro straps. What do you think ?

It may take a lot of time,may end up expensive considering the small quantities.

Worth the hassle ? Or the cheaper generic plastic loops would do it ?
