Nothing to do its like the second hand get stuck or something. Using the crown makes it go again and it keep stopping after 1-2 minutes.

Yeah, the hands will be rubbing against each other or the crystal slightly. Damn.
Please may you keep us up to date? - I'd love to learn a little more about how helpful Jtime might be in little events like this after you receiving the initial generic message.

If not, may I ask if you can find a local watch smith to help you have a check first?
Otherwise, you can send it back to us, will ask the factory to fix it.

Noone ever ships watches back to China for them being seized at customs often and everyone out of pocket.Beside the prohibitive price.... why ?
Gently dusted it with air. No changes.There’s probably a piece of crap in the wheels, find someone local or nearby to open it up and have a look, could be a very simple fix.
