  • June 18th- Order placed.
  • Jul. 4th - QC pictures received.
  • Jul. 8th package shipped.
  • Jul 21st- packaged received.
  • Jul. 21st- noticed the watch movement stops working after 1-2 min.
Nothing to do its like the second hand get stuck or something. Using the crown makes it go again and it keep stopping after 1-2 minutes.
  • Jul 21st- Contacted Jtime support and uploaded a video.
For now received a generic unhelpful answer.

Pull the crown out all the way and slowly go through a 24 hour cycle manually and look to see if there is any interference with any hands. Make sure to do this in a few different positions.

Could you please try to shake it hard or wind it fully to see if it works?
If not, may I ask if you can find a local watch smith to help you have a check first?
Otherwise, you can send it back to us, will ask the factory to fix it.

That is their last answer above.

What was delivered was defective from the start and now i have to cover to ship the watch back to China. I don't understand how this went trough QC.

And this not having a replacement ship, but have to wait for the factory to repair it and ship it back.

I'm not happy.

That was my second order. First one was fine.

There’s probably a piece of crap in the wheels, find someone local or nearby to open it up and have a look, could be a very simple fix.

If something is wrong with jtime you are on your own.

You ordered June 18th.

Something went wrong...

You became an RWI member on July 24th to come here only to complain.

You are thus not eligible for RWI Admin assistance. To be eligible for RWI protection, you have to become a member before you order.
