Serial numbers have been reported as well. I was told by a Chono24 rep that Chrono24 has serial numbers on file for professional seller listings.

Then if you can prove you are/were the owner of those serial numbers, and those numbers have been reported stolen, then they should have a process in place to prevent stolen goods being sold on their platform.

Is there any way the Spanish Police can request the sellers information if you/they are 100% certain they're the subject of a criminal investigation?

Of course, 100% genuine and 100© working, shipped with invoice as a proof of ownership and proof of genuinity

I would have thought his point of contact is the Spanish Police where the crime happened. German police probably won't entertain any communication from a civilian outside their jurisdiction.

But I could be 100% wrong, every territory is different.
I reported my stolen watch being sold online before and the local police did nada, so hopefully better outcome for OP.

No actually if you report any crime that's taking place on German soil, they will take the report.

So just call the police department in Kelheim under 0049 9441 50420

They are Bavarian police. They are even more thorough.

Selling replicas is illegal in Germany.

Selling stolen goods is a high grade offence.

This usually results in the seller losing his business license and not being able to obtain a new One.

Even if he can prove he did not know they were stolen, he can still be charged with a crime.

How will he help though. We have all info on the seller including his address and number
