Most of what this thread is doing for me (with a 6.5" wrist) is showing me what not to buy.
I wore my 36mm DJ on 6.375" wrist every day for 15 years. But since finding the rep sites I never wear such a small watch anymore!
Anyone with a Nautilus or Aquanaut? 40mm should work fine on a 6" wrist right? Is there enough removable links in the Nautilus to fit?
Here is Nautilus on my 6". Works really well, my favorite. And I wear 44mm panerai's with no issue.
Here is also AP offshore diver. Note that it actually wears much bigger then 44 Panerai due to how the strap works. In this picture I'm using Genuine XS strap.

You will have to take all available links on Nautilus rep. It will still give you nice space. Although the way bracelet is setup it does not wear nearly as well as Genuine due to the limit on the angle of the bracelet on the rep. But it's still pretty awesome.
Due to a really wide lens on an iPhone the watch does look bigger on a wrist then in real life, either looking at it straight up or in a mirror.

AP Rep strap is way to big, even if you would make two extra holes it would be very weird and not comfortable.

It looks different, the lines across yours are more closer to gen than the other V3's i've seen. is your MBW edition? That might be why.
Edit: Dw, ignore above. I was looking it at it on my small phone screen. On my laptop, i can see it is a V3. I just ordered mine
