Angus released pictures of the Shumi, I poste NAgus pic first and gen afterwards: What do you guys think ?

I am in love but:

issues for me:

DW ring to thick
Subdials rings to thick and plastic (as I see it) should have been metal a la "chronopassion"
Red not deep glossy enough both on hands and DW

Love it, but as fire 007 pointed out, those subdial rings/surrounds need to be metallic and thinner.

Seems like the tapestry dial on the gen is much more sharp and defined

If they made the dw ring a little thinner from the outher edge.. They could squeeze in little bit of that checkered pattern which would make the dw position tell very difficult.

The dial on the gen. looks like it has a gloss to it where as the rep seems matt or dull finished

I just received mine and its V5 don't know why anyone wants a V2. That's the one that had no red crown!!! Lol

As of late there has been always revisions. If you look over the divers, there are so many version then you have the latest black themes and safari 2014 versions, there was revisions as well. The only one thus far that had no revisions that is basically awesome out of the box was the bumble bee, but every other one has some sort of revision. The census here probably would figure there will be a v2 due to the dw ring is a tad too thick and possibly it would be redone after this batch gets completed.

I like it, but I am not sold on it. I still need some time to get used to the crown guards, they make it extremely bigger than the other 44s in my opinion. Excited to see wristies from you guys though.

Think you got it wrong. Chris9 was the one who sold all his APs while chris3007 is still playing with his APs. :lol:
