I picked up the 16610 a month ago (today) and it looked like it got dragged behind a bus for 12 miles. Dents all over the lugs, cracked crystal and insert. Clasp and dive extension out of shape and wouldn't closed....I completely refinished the the entire watch and installed a new crystal and insert. About 4 hours of work in my basement.
Here are some before photos:

Waiting for my first rep purchase, ordered the TC LV 5 digit - what a beauty of a watch! Debated ages if I should go TD but then, luckily, stumbled across the TC collection... Suppose if your going to buy a rep, might as well hit up the main man! Only downside is the loooong wait time, it's like waiting for xmas!! All worth it I'm sure though
TC v6 on a gen Everest strap! Love it!
That crystal looks really blue.
Received mine a month ago, also bluish. Needs definitely a crystal-swap.

I have have read this a few places, how much is a gen crystal for this period or an alternative equivalent? Is it Clark crystal...?

Which one one is this...? Didn't see this on his site, looks bang on!
I own TC16610lv and GEN 116610LN, side by side you can see the difference between the crystals.
Don't know about Clark.
yes these bluish crystals seem to be popping up. I am seeing on some LN V6s but not so much on LV. He seems to be using different crystals?

both latest version.
Too blue this crystal like my old/last TC V6 with V2 updated insert. The blue AR it's on cyclope but also on the rest of the crystal. IMHO that's ruine natural color of the TC dial.
