My TC v6 that will be lovingly restored.

Plan is to replace the current VR3135 with a serviced VS3135, polish, rebrush and sprinkle a few gen parts on.

Thank you. Think this is late v6 with v3 parts and instant date flip at 12.

So hard to tell without tearing apart. But everything is smooth on it, bezel rotate is like genuine.

Further down the line I'm planning to replace the existing 2824 - 2 elabore with a gen ETA / sw200 top grade.

I know TC movements used an H4 canon pinion for correct hand height, but can anyone tell me if it's the actual canon pinion that is capped, or whether the cap is on the seconds hands?

From a forum search I see that the V7 shipped with the following:

Aug 2016 TC V7

Capped H4 pinion

TC hand set V3

Edit: worst comes to worse, I can just swap the h4 pinion from the elabore into the gen eta..problem solved.

My watch carries a gen LN, but that color combination is something else.
