Now that’s a crying shame to see some of those classics casually thrown in a drawer to be forgotten... I can help man, just give me secret signal. Ignore this message and that’ll be the sign that I can come and help you out... ;)

They may appear to be “thrown in and forgotten” however I do periodically rummage through the “Pam Sock Drawer”.

I love the PAM drawer pic the best. I noticed you tipped the Pamily $100, but no $ love for the AP and Rollies lol.

A little bit has changed in the last few weeks. And I sorted the watches now, the top row are the least favourites, the middle row the ones I like a bit more and the bottom row are the all time keepers.
Maybe I will put some of them up for sale soon. I don't really need the money, but just letting them sit there when I know I won't wear it is also a bit of a waste. I could even imagine going down to a smaller collection again. I had my "finding phase" in the last months and know which watches I wear and which I don't. Turned out I'm not such a big PAM-Guy as I thought. They are nice and I like looking at them, but they somehow don't really fit my style. I never thought I would be a Rolex-Guy, but those watches just fit my wrist perfectly and the style also fits me pretty well.
The only watch I'm thinking about at the moment is a vintage Rolex. I somehow regret selling my TC Kermit a few months ago. But I think I will choose a nice Pepsi next.
I also thought about getting a PP 5711, but I know I won't wear it that often anyway, so I will probably skip it. It's just a bit over the top for me.

I wouldn't skip the PP 5711... especially in the PPF model, perhaps white dial. I also thought I wouldn't like the watch as much as my 15202, mostly because it would be too noticeable, but I was very wrong. I ended up getting a PPF 5711 V4 in blue dial, and I have to say it is one of my favorite watches in my collection. It super slim (8,5 mm), has a very comfortable bracelet, and actually goes quite under the radar (much more than the AP).

Great looking collection mate! If you do decide to let go of that Ploprof please do give me a shout. Been wanting to try one out.

Cheers!

Thanks! You might be lucky, I just removed the Ploppy from the box yesterday and if I won't miss it after a few days or weeks, it will be up for sale here ;)
I'm aware that many are looking for that watch and I think it would be a shame to only wear it once or twice a month. I also had to try it, but after some time I realized that I prefer a bit smaller, more elegant watches, they just fit me better. I sold the AP Diver a few weeks ago for the same reason.

Wish I had better lighting but was excited to finally finish my collection tonight. You can tell which ones rounded it out as their times are set.

Bottom row: 16570 explorer II black and polar (bp) and 116660 deepsea black and cameron (noob).
2nd row: 3 most current references of seadweller 126600, 116600 and 16600 (arf sd43, noob sd4k, bpsd).
3rd row: 116610 lv and ln (zzf v2s lv and arf v3 ln.
Top row: where it all began 228206 day-date 40 smooth silver sticks stripes (bp).

I’m on the lookout for a noob 165509 Daytona silver dial polished bezel 4130 and then I’m done. I think.

Great collection! Just wanted to say that if you ever wanted to part ways with that polar Explorer II please give me a PM! I've been looking for it for over a year, and its very hard to get!
