Ebay do have a policy on this sort of thing, but I think the "anti-rep department" is heavily understaffed. I frequently report fake Rolex, sometimes they are taken down, although it usually takes a while before they react ( I imagine I'm not the only one reporting them ) sometimes the sale/auction goes through.
There was a rep Pam up for sale one time, I reported it, usually twice a day for about 2 weeks, annoyed that they just left it there when it was an obvious fake. I can't remember if it was removed or if it got sold in the end, but a couple of weeks later I had an email from Ebay asking me if I would like to be part of their anti-fraud team on that brand as I seemed to have 'expert knowledge' of Panerai - I didn't accept. True story - no, really, it's a true story.
Strangely they've never asked to be part of the Rolex team, despite the fact that I've reported dozens and dozens of them over the last few years - but then everybody is a Rolex expert - just need to weigh 'Em in your hand to know if it's fake or not....
