For those with the latest V6F, did you notice any fading on the numbers on the back of the watch over time? I was sent QC pics a few days back but rejected because several of the letters at the back looked faded. Just wondering if this is something to expect after wearing the watch a number of times?

One off my favourites. The dial is not as textured as gen but at wrist distance they looks close enough.
That is a stunning photo. This watch look best on the bond nato. Stands out much more.

Yes, you’re right, the watch head stands out more on nato (more contrast).
However, on gen spec nato the watch width is too excessive ..
The width of the watch, over the nato strap is something like 5” lol (see pic). Which doesn’t look good to my eyes. I prefer how the steel bracelet folds around the wrist.

If I wanted to replace the movement to this watch does anyone know what model would it fit? Would a ETA 2824-2 fit? Thanks!

You should push back the excess strap quite a bit more than you have done here though.

Or get an RAF style instead of a NATO. Same pattern, much less bulk.

i belive i read somewhere in this thread that the 2824 wont fit VSF
but maybe someone with experience can confirm?

But they are close to the GEN, have the double barrel as well and a power reserve of about 60h.

I have asked Santre22 in that thread about the superclone movement, if there is a difference in between all the Omegas that have it. He did say that it is the same movement across all watches.
I know someone here in the forum did swap a superclone for a 2824 but in a Seamaster 300M, I was hoping someone knew for sure if it is a 1 to 1 replacement.

Seamaster 300M doesn't use a "superclone" movement...it's a decorated Asian ETA. And I'm pretty sure the forum member swapped it out for a Selita SW200.
