So, if I understood correctly the movement by VSF is bi-directional while that of ORF or ZF is unidirectional but it's look prettier. So you have to choose between less noise (VSF) or better look (ORF/ZF) ?
Am i right ?

Ma! Great review. I need to swap my blue and rose gold insert so the hunt for a seller begins.

This is how I understand it.

Has anyone thought of buying VSF and ZF and combining the two i.e installing VSF movement and crystal on to ZF?

O benim ilk omega temsilcim olacak. Sizce vsf mi yoksa zf mi almalıyım? zf daha ucuz ve daha iyi arama. vsf'de mekanizma daha sessiz ve daha disiplinlidir

The VS logo graphic is thinner.

In terms of lettering, the factories all use different lettering processes, so there will be some gaps, but the overall shape can still be seen clearly.

GEN's sticks lume is more green, the factory's is more blue. The color is still different.

Movement View

All factory movements use Seagull 2824 to imitate the 8800 SMD movement.

The structure of the four factories is slightly different. OR, ZF use fewer patches and more similar with GEN

The most obvious place for VS is the lack of a screw on the balance wheel.

In terms of polishing, OR and ZF are better, and in terms of gem color, OR is closer to GE

Illustrate: All watches are in a clamped state, and there may be precision due to the slight deviation of the caliper position. GEN and factories have steel tape protective films.

Well, today's post is here, thank you guys for watching. If there are any mistakes, please correct me. If there is anything else I overlooked, you can put it up, and I will try my best to do it. Complementary and comprehensive, welcome to comment and exchange!

Thanks for the information and the time spent on this side by side comparison. Due to the diligence of the work on this thread, I have put in an order for two watches from theonewatches.io

Thank you so much for this comparison. I wasted so much time before stumbling on this.

I don't know if it is an older VSF but I thought the biggest issue with the VSF is that the crown protector is too short. I have seen it on some TD pics but it doesn't look as bad on these comparison pics. Did they fix it? Maybe i was looking at outdated versions?

AFAIK, VSF have never fixed the short CG's issue.
In the pics, you clearly see that VSF CG's' are a little bit shorter than ZF ones, for instance.
Nothing too much noticeble on the wrist, but somebody thinks that the most common failure on VSF SMP's (tube/crown threads stripping) has something to do with the fact that CG's provide little guide to the stem when pulling the crown back in and tightening it back.

I bought a VSF and ZF blue SMP to see which I liked better. I liked the case, hands and movement of the VSF better but preferred the bezel insert and dial of the ZF. Ended up putting the dial and bezel insert in the VSF. I was hoping that I could swap the entire bezel as the ZF shape is closer to gen. Sadly it wouldn't fit the VSF case so had to settle for the insert. Be aware the dial feet for the ZF and VSF are different so you'll need to break them off and use adhesive. Added an ORF bracelet and it's damn near perfect. I can snap some pics this weekend if you'd like.

That sounds great. Exactly what I was intending on doing. If you could please send photos that would be great!

I would be so keen on seeing this also. I'm so hung on whether to pull trigger on the ZF or VSF.

In terms of bracelet many are talking about fitting ORF to the ZF is the bracelet that bad?

To swap out the bracelet, generally speaking what are you looking at from a TD to source at OR Bracelet?

They are both fantastic watches. For me they each had one glaring issue that I couldn't unser at the end of the day. VSF was the yellow tinted lume and ZF was the gap between the crown and the case. I'd take the shorter crown guards of the VSF over that gap any day. I did also prefer the VSF hands over ZF. Better finishing, more gen like 3D shape with the fold down the middle and the ZF lume on the hands was just off, almost transparent.

The bracelet on both the ZF and VSF we're fine, ORF was just superior. I found a guy selling one on Reddit for a decent price.

I'll take some photos and post them tomorrow.
