Time for me to raise some money for this combo because this is friggin HOT!
?? Pro hunter made a double red deepsea.
Edit: and it doesnt have a DLC'd HEV - only the jacques edition makers did that. Judging by the AR'd crystal, matte dial and matted bezel onthis one I'd say it's the real deal.
You silly silly boy! The incorrect 10 is the first glaring give away!
oh shit , i completely missed that 10 spacing. hah!
well someone put some work into that rep - they got the dial and bezel insert matted, and a good pearl on it. i wonder if it still has the incorrect jacques caseback on it![]()
Produced by whom? Bamford?

Question....... Why not DLC/PVD the HEV also?
I remember somewho mentioned that it was possible to remove the PRO-HUNTER from the rep dial. Is that possible?
That was me.Tape off the area not being effected and use some chrome polish to remove the printing. I don't remember which brand I used, but there are solvents in the paste that remove the printing. What's left behind is a very subtle and very hard to see slight impression of where the printing was. This doesn't harm the dial itself as I believe that finish is baked on. Even if it isn't baked on, it's still resilient enough that no harm will come to it.
I don't believe he put a new one in- to be sure, you need to pull the stem out completely and share a photo of it for us to comment on. This is the only way to verify it....
When re-installing the stem, you must use Loctite® Threadlocker Red 271. Watchsmiths are cheap bastards and never use the good stuff! Just a little on the tip should do it. Glad you shared this so we can look out for you.
I just hope it is not the same as his advice here......

 How on earth did you decide on chrome polish? Just thinking mild abrasive would do it, or did you see something somewhere about removing dial printing with it. Just curious what got you trying such a thing.
