Do I have it right? :?
I'm assuming that Ruby's 36 NOT being real Ti case is just a rumor, right?
It is a super good purchase for the price. You get nice thick TI crown with most of the detail right front and back & even the movement. Someone has mentioned that a few of the "L" dials were produced for 036 models, but I think it's still a flaw... There is a discussion regarding rep Pam 036 on paneristi.com... it's been called out... and it wasn't just because of the L dial, but later it was mentioned that L dial is their way of knowing for sure.
I really like Ruby's 036 and all the nice features it comes with it, but the reason I am not making the purchase is that there aren't many of these produced... only 300 I believe. Not as believable overall... to me anyway.
I couldn't pull off something like this (not that I am trying to fool people... I'd rather they don't question me though when they see it)

So, I'm thinking that it's one of the most accurate reps (-the T dial) out of the box? I'm not crazy about the superlume anyway, especially given that the gen is 9 years old now and will NOT have good lume by now.
What do you all think?
Assuming there is no "L" dial 036 produced- (well I haven't seen one at least) - the lume should be weak by now... I was told that Tritec should only last about 10 years. I actually think the most accurate TI Panerai is 061 - with the closed caseback - this rep, however, does not come with the thick crown.
036 should not have A/R, and should have "T" dial. CG pin looks a bit too small too... ok I am nitpicking now... but these are some of the flaws of the watch.
In my opinion, it's a great value - 100% TI, Thick crown, Reliable Swiss movement, correct caseback for low $200s- & great-looking watch. Not neccessarily the most accurate. It's up there though on the list though. Certainly the thick TI crown is probably the most attractive feature of this watch.
