So I'm new to the art of buying a rep. I'm looking to buy a DateJust II with a smooth bezel and white or silver face. I've been in contact with Michelle from Silix and wondering about QC pics. Do those come before I pay or after? Also could someone help me with what the best movement would be to get Asian ETA 2836-2 or the Swiss ETA 2836-2.

Is there any other TDs you would recommend to find this piece? Looking to spend about 250-300. Thanks in advance.

You pay before you buy a rep.... And if they are a trusted dealer on here you will be fine as they all get the same stock... Just depends on your preferences... Lucy or Intime come highly recommended on these forums.

I'm very new and interested in a Yellow Gold DayDate II 41mm with Gold/Yellow Dial and I would like the dials details to be just like the genuine Day-Date IIs. I know NOTHING about watch replicas and I need to be guided somehow.

Search the watch model number on the forum you will get loads on info... I recommend before buying read read read.... Until you feel like you know all what you need to know...

Hey guys, i picked up a DD silver and gold roman numeral fluted bezel from Ryan, the watch is beautiful but i realised there is no laser etching on the saphire crystal, is that typical of this model?

thanks for the info. i just saw some pics online of a rolex date (no day-date or dayjust). it is made of stainless steel with silverish dial and sticks instead of numbers. it doesn't have that outer numbered circle on the dial (if that makes any sense). have any of you seen that watch in a replica site? thanks so much in advance.
