Hey @AIRBUS320 Lucy is “out of office” for Chinese New Year holiday from Feb. 4 to Feb. 19 and back to work on the 20th.

Sharing this because I too have a watch in transit but understand there won’t be any contact until after CNY holiday. She did make sure to let me know prior to the holiday there would be this lapse in communication.

For now I am just keeping an eye on the tracking # and hoping to avoid any customs issue.

Unless I'm reading it wrong, you now have 4 threads created regarding the one watch order with Lucy.

And now this one.

Genuine question, with there being over 20 TDs, what made you choose this one?

Well now that’s a decent question,im brand new to the replica community and not rich enough to buy a genuine. So I looked up the TDs.Lucys review were the best as she knows how to pick the watches but I’ve heard she’s late to respond to queries.Thought I’d take the chance. But again no one else is paying for my watch.I did,So I want to know what’s the latest with the update.I can’t post a review here cuz I don’t even have my first watch. You asked me a genuine question and I’d really like to answer such questions.Again the multiple post is because it’s been 6 months and I haven’t got my watch.I assume this website is used to get information regarding your queries.Lucy doesn’t answer to emails unless you post the query here.Hope that answers the questions and that’s the honest truth

I have long wondered how brand new members at RWI, and often of the very impatient type, end up buying from Lucy (no hate to Lucy, I know she delivers and is capable).
But I mean, many of her reviews say that she has a long lead time and rarely responds to emails. How do they still end up ordering and then expecting follow-up a week later? Especially as they themselves say they have chosen TD based on reviews from here. Blinded by the promise of quality? I am genuinely curious and really want to understand the logic of this choice.

@AIRBUS320

6 months would mean you ordered prior to joining RWI?

Are you 100% sure you ordered from the correct Truetime?

What website / email / contact details have you been using?

I was brand new too, and my first order was with Lucy, the difference is that I read all the reviews and knew what exactly to expect.

I didn't post daily timelines, instead I waited and posted a review when I got the watches. And while I could be accused of being impatient outside of RWI, in this hobby it is a waste of time, solves absolutely nothing.

Generally my advice is to order and forget about it, but if you want a watch quick, order elsewhere.

Here's a few timelines of my past orders lol.

Order 1
Order 2
Order 3/4
Order 5
Order 6
Order 7

All the watches I've gotten have been excellent and the one issue I had, I sent it back, it was replaced, and resent.

Lucy has always sent me an email to confirm the address prior to shipping (every single time, despite my order history)

Who inputted the incorrect address & how do you know it is incorrect?

When did you order & are you 100% sure you ordered from the correct Truetime168?

Yes Lucy gave me the tracking number,I called the delivery agent on the day it was supposed to be delivered as per the status and the agent told me that my address isn’t correct as there is no house with that specific number.he won’t tell me what the address is either so now the shipment is apparently being sent back to the sender and they will have to provide the correct address.I rechecked the email correspondence with Lucy and I have provided the correct address.
ID I’ve been corresponding to is [email protected]

That's very strange, a local logistics issue so, but completely out of Lucy's hands I'm sure you'll appreciate.

If you gave the right address, she confirmed it, then it's a shipping issue & unfortunately nothing she can do at present.

If/when she receives it back (or confirmation that it is gone AWOL), am sure she will make you whole, but until then it's a waiting game.

Hopefully resolved for you soon.

I have to say, your reviews are brilliant and it is reviews like these that in my time here on the forum have made the learning process much easier for me. I should probably take a lesson and set aside time to create such reviews myself.. They really help people who take the time to read them, understand the process.

It's just a statement of facts, after the conclusion of the transaction, that's what I was taught a review is :)

Some think that conclusion occurs when they pay, incorrect, or when you get QC, again incorrect, it concludes when you get the watch you paid for (or don't, in which case a bad review of course)

No issue with the other reviews, per se, people can post what and when they want.
