Again, I have not blamed Lucy but again she is the only one who can receive the return shipment and get the address sorted out once again.So I agree it is a logistic issue but the logistic issue is sortable but the the only person can sort it is Lucy hence this post.That's very strange, a local logistics issue so, but completely out of Lucy's hands I'm sure you'll appreciate.
If you gave the right address, she confirmed it, then it's a shipping issue & unfortunately nothing she can do at present.
If/when she receives it back (or confirmation that it is gone AWOL), am sure she will make you while, but until then it's a waiting game.
