Why is it a joke? You don't see the glue protruding from the 3 and 6 digits? This is a joke, right?^
I see what could be glue, could be light reflections, could be something, could be nothing. Why is it a joke? You don't see the glue protruding from the 3 and 6 digits?
That would be an instant tell...

I have 2 gen Rolexs and 1 gen Tudor Pelagos. Additionally I have about 8 other watches I've bought from puretime or intime, I'm well aware of "reflections", however I have more QC photos than the one I posted, that also indicated flaws, but didn't feel the need to post them as I wasn't asking for advice, and was simply stating that I was disappointed in the quality of the xf. Since, I with a handful of other people on this forum are first movers on this piece, I felt compelled to share my opinions with the community.I see what could be glue, could be light reflections, could be something, could be nothing.
All I am saying is, don't hassle yourself by zooming in unnaturally and focusing on the flaws. It'll all you'll notice once you receive the watch. You certainly won't be able to tell once it's on your wrist and you glance at it from 1.5m to tell the time.
Gen owners don't analyze their watches with a 10x loupe but I'm sure they'll have imperfections too. Gen Rolex's have misaligned rehaut engravings which is a far bigger bug to my OCD. Here's the latest 126600 Sea-Dweller 43mm with the same flaw.
This is still a $300 or so rep with only a 1000 or so Gens in the wild. Focus on the instant tells like reflections on the AR and strap quality.
And by the way, I have a 4x loop, which I've used to analyze my gens on numerous occasions. Hence you're right I don't have a 10x, but someone might?I have 2 gen Rolexs and 1 gen Tudor Pelagos. The last thing anyone should do is accept something they clearly detect is a flaw during the QC process and hope that it looks good when it arrives, hence why the TDs go through the trouble of offering us the QC process. Nobody wants to spend money on something they're not happy with. I personally, would just throw it in my closet, without giving it any wrist time if it showed up at my door looking like that.

Not sure why your Gen count matters here. I too have 2 Gen Rolex DateJusts, an Omega Constellation and an Oris. Point being?I have 2 gen Rolexs and 1 gen Tudor Pelagos. I got my QC pics today of the xf version and wasn't so impressed. The 3, 6 and 9 markers didn't look well cut, or looked as though the glue was protruding profusely. I requested another watch.

I am just establishing the fact that I am a gen owner, as you made a blanket statement that Gen owners don't do several things, that I actually do. . I'm a not really a perfectionist when it comes to this hobby, but I have an above average expectation of quality when it comes to my replicas. This is why, I buy these higher quality replicas, and not the basic Swiss made super A++ 1:1 canal street masterpiece. Haha! [emoji41]Not sure why your Gen count matters here. Apologize for the unsolicited advice.
