I found on eBay, after searching for "23mm watch strap", not very expensive and I prefer the look of the darker leather to the asso strap that came with the rep. I think I will eventually have a custom one made so I can use the buckle.

I had one made from Martu leather straps. It's in the mail - I'll let you all know it goes. Supposedly the strap should fit 23/23mm.
