I placed an order on Feb 14th. Asked for an update on Feb 27th and they said it takes 5-8 business days to ship and an update.

Emailed on March 7th and all I got was an automated email saying it takes 24 hrs for a response. Asked each week and nothing yet.

It’s now May 10th with still no response or watch.

Don’t order from this site. Did a screen shot of 8 emails I sent and the 7 they did an automated emails.

Hi, whalecum. Great first post.
Puretime the TD is awesome, unfortunately it seems you were talking to, and got subsequently scammed by someone with an email address and website very similar, but importantly not owned by Puretime.
This may be an expensive lesson. Apologies for the loss.

What watch did you order? Maybe we can help mitigate your situation by suggesting a cheaper equivalent model/ factory that is nearly or just as good as the watch you ordered.

E.g., if you ordered the VSF Rolex 116610 LN for 550 usd, I would recommend ordering the ZF 16610 LN instead for 378 usd.
