Received order and watch makes weird Noise

We all said it a million times and there are entire threads on this: never ship a watch back to China.
So here it is again: never ship a watch back to China.

A brand new Miyota movement costs as much as a Big Mac with fries and a coke. Order a new 9015 and have a watch maker put it in. How many months do you want to waste on fixing a small noise issue?

My experience has been. Never send a watch back to China. A DOA watch is just part of buying Reps. Find a watchmaker that will repair reps. The service is slow if they have to order parts. Most operate via mail.

Lesson learned ! Will do that and will update.

Doesn’t ZF use an A4302 clone? Or did you buy an older Miyota model?

Your other option is to use Lucy as your TD. She sends the watches to her watchmaker before shipping them to her customers. The old-timers use Lucy more than the new members because new members don't have the patience to wait months for perfection and higher costs.
