I am afraid to say we can't send the movement. If the rotor is defective, we try to order the rotor for you? He can fix it with a new rotor? Otherwise, please return the watch to us, Thank you
Well shipping it back to you will cost me nearly 100$.
If I order a new rotor and it turns out that it’s not only the rotor that was causing this noise then I’m screwed.
So in any ways, i pretty much lose and will have to spend more money for a watch that I waited for 3 months and received defective.
This is frustrating, but I can deal with it.
So, whats the best price you can do for a movement of this watch , considering my situation, please?

Thank you

That’s what they sound like man. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. It won’t take you long to learn to move around without making all that damn racquet. You’ll be sneaking up on your significant other in no time. 👍

You’re gonna be fine brother. We’ve all had or will have something happen in shipping to disappoint us. I’d just buy the next watch on my list while the TD gets it sorted out. I’ve picked up some really sweet watches from other members for way less than new. No waiting months and most were barely worn. This was just a little bump in the road and it’s good to see you’ve been able to stay positive. We see other fella’s meltdown like snowflakes over little things that were out of the TDs control.

My man! Way to go with that positivity! That’s some good advice here! I guess I could buy another one why not

They can be noisy. Hard to tell t it’s excessive in your video. It would be shitty if you replaced the movement and it not be a lot better.

If it were me, I’d just remove the rotor and handwind it.

yeah well I accepted to ship it back to puretime so they will deal with it. I’ve opened the watch already and tried to tighten the screws and it did nothing.
I’m not willing to remove the rotor and always handwind it though xD

Well a little advice on that.

Ship the watch head only, inside a box of sweets and declare it as chocolate on the customs label. it’s been a very safe method of shipping for me to even the most risky of countries.

In general, it is better to have the Rep fixed in USA. We have watchmakers on RWI that do a good job and your watch won't be seized. Just consider the extra cost as part of buying Reps. I have a large collection of Reps so I always have some waiting for repair.

I’m in Canada though. Any suggestions?

With so many beautiful watches to choose from it’d be hard not to be positive.

Search for replica watch repair in Canada both on RWI and Google.

Alright everyone, its been a while since I haven’t made an update.

I’ve sent the watch back to @puretime so they can “fix it”.

It took a while for them to send it back.

When i received it. Nothing was changed.

The rotor still has the same noise.

I’ve contacted them again and told them that they didn’t fix the watch and they asked me to send them back the watch again.

The worse part is that they ask me to pay for the shipping again lol.

@puretime , this was my last time doing business with you.

My experience has been. Never send a watch back to China. A DOA watch is just part of buying Reps. Find a watchmaker that will repair reps. The service is slow if they have to order parts. Most operate via mail.
