Are you referring to the rotor noise? It's normal I think. You can find a watchmaker to silence it if you wish.

Seems like a loose rotor, abnormally noisy in my opinion.
You can try tightening it if you have the tools or as mentioned above take it to a watchmaker.

Yes the rotor noise exactly. I have other AP’s and they don’t make as much noise as this one. It’s like if this one has friction.

This watch has some sounds but this doesn't sound correctly. Probably the rotor is loose or fallen. Please check with a watchsmith first if possible, It should be an easy fix. If can't fixed, please email us for further assistance, Thank you

I just got a Glashutte SeaQ that had that exact sound. I opened it up and the rotor screw was loose in the case and the rotor was rubbing the inside of the caseback. I was planning on replacing the rotor anyway (the rep rotor doesn't have enough mass to fully wind) so was an easy fix.

Sounds normal to me. This is a ball bearing based rotor. They make (more) noise than jewel based rotors.

Just grease the rotor ball bearing and the noise will be less. However, this rotor will never be fully quiet due to the mechanical construction.

I’ve decided to ask puretime to send me a return shipping label for them to fix it for me.
I will keep this post updated.

So Ive brought the watch to a watchsmith and he told me the rotor is defective because theres friction and to either ask puretime to send me a new movement for the watch and he will install it or return the watch so they put a new movement in it

Did he say there was friction at the rotor bearings or there was friction between the rotor and case back (ie, the rotor is scraping the case back)?

I am afraid to say we can't send the movement. If the rotor is defective, we try to order the rotor for you? He can fix it with a new rotor? Otherwise, please return the watch to us, Thank you

The rotor is scraping the case back so its friction between the rotor and case back.
