another user who participates in this 3d had the dw down instead, but he solved it by changing something about the feet

then there is @Saggiolus with the same problem

so it can't be a coincidence
I will then unmount the vs and install the vr
the user @McDuck888 has mounted the vr without having problems neither with the dw stock nor with the dw gen

Looks like all aligned towards the left ? I wonder if it's due to the stock date wheel teeth is designed more for sh and vr ? maybe a gen date wheel may fix the issue ?

I'll buy one in the coming months and do a movement swap to VS , will let you know if I met with this problem or not.

I stuck a VS date wheel on the stock SH movement. Maybe not perfectly centered but it's not horrible

thanks but I'm almost certain that a dw gen with motion vs also runs into the same problem
but of course I'm curious to see how your project is

maybe I can't make myself understood, the problem is not the dw itself
but when I change the movement with the vr it's perfect with the vs no... the problem in my humble opinion is the movement vs with the arf/raf dial

Got the VR3135 with the gen date disc installed. Does seem to be one of the later models with bold font. Even with my amateur ass doing the installation I must say it looks amazing! Looking forward to installing gen gasket and deep crystal next.

Yes, I'm noticing that left justification, seems to be a common thing on these watches. Not sure if it is the dial or the movement causing this issue.

As for the Deep Crystal I ordered an 116610 model, so it should have the double AR I guess.

I think the Deep crystal has full AR but only on the inside of the crystal - which isn't strictly model accurate for the 16610LV, but should look amazing! The later 5 digit subs (including the last versions of the 16601LV) only had AR under the cyclops.

From my experience with deep, they are coated on the outside and inside , but beware with deep quality , they are notoriously bad , i.e cyclops alignment , lec alignment , scratched AR etc . I experienced it all

There's very mixed feedback in respect of Deep Crystals ....!

Maybe my luck was bad but , it was 7 out of 10 crystals I bought over last couple months have some issue . Lucky I bought from a trusted supplier , Had to return and get replacement ,but it's a pain in the arse

I asked Hont to find me one with a good bezel and mine is nice and tight so they do exist.

this is really weird movement vr dw gen but shifted to the left other users same configuration and the result is perfect I really can't figure out what could be causing it
