VS date disc fits SH movement?Kept the SH and swapped to a VS datewheel and a VS crown. Seems to have fixed my gap issue.

It's still within spec, as Rolex allows for a -5/+10 minute tolerance for midnight date change.Annoyingly I didn't get it to switch at exactly 12 but close enough. Better than the -15mins it was before at least

are you still referring to the raf/arf or something else?I have fitted at least two VS movement with gen DW without any alignment problem. Problem is most likely a print issue on DW

saw in a recent sale thread on this model that the case back was replaced to correct the thickness of the watch. Is the thickness really wrong ootb? I measured mine 12.9~13mm. Few sources I checked also listed gen an 13mm.
Can someone shed some light on it?
