Ale, TB, I've got to say, these parts ring true to me. There's nothing I see in those pictures that looks mocked up or "vintageized". The dial and case look perfect. The movement is a real rolex movement as far as I can tell, but certainly not original to the watch I would be willing to guess that it has been replaced with a more recent 616 pocket watch movement (basically a pimped out Cortebert). There's plenty of photographic evidence of genuine 6152/1 that have replaced movements like this. The hands have likely been replaced as well. This looks more or less like a parts build with genuine parts.
Keep in mind that, not so long ago, until maybe 20 years back, these watches could be scooped out of drawers and old shoe boxes for $1-2K, not $300-400K. Before the Panerai "rebirth" there wasn't much demand and they were more of a vintage curiosity than a museum piece. It's totally reasonable to think that this watch could be genuine. But the question must be asked... "Why Ebay and not Sotheby's?". The answer is "For the exact same reason why this thread was started"
