Oh I wasn't aware of that, thank you for finding out, I think it's a shame there's so much room for improvement on this 116520 and a fairly constant demand

If you keep an eye out a gen isn’t outrageous, anywhere from $3-600. Nowhere near the prices on a gen ceramic.

Check on eBay for gen ones?

I can but i gen or I can still franken an arf or a noob one but I find it a shame to concentrate all the efforts on the new models and to neglect the old ones here is my opinion after all it certainly does not suit everyone

I may have misspoken I was talking about the many possible improvements on the 116520, I don't have a trained eye to talk about the ceramic bezel.

I just order a noob v3 and bought the cf bezel. But I'm having Andrews people install it....i trust Andrew to have it installed properly. Has anyone ever had TD install one before? And did they send you the noob bezel?

That's what I figured, he doesn't do the work himself if I recall correctly and outsources it to someone.

Changing the bezel it’s like a 10-15 min job if you just buy a cheep press on eBay

But just be careful - they're very brittle. If you don't have everything level and properly aligned when you press it on, they can snap reeeeeeeeeal easy. I know - from bitter experience.

Totally agree, but after about 5 swaps it’s a piece of cake now :)

Can anybody please provide the purchase link because I’ve been searching and come up empty when I search on the TD site. Much appreciated.

Unfortunately not all the TD regularly update their website but almost all of them can get all the same product from same source/manufacturers.
Email one of them of your choice HERE. I have experience with Puretime, InTime, ChazingTime, TrustyTime I can say that they are all great in terms of service and price. Many recommend another popular dealer Jtime. Do talk to them to find out their product pricing AND cost of shipping. Note that can vary A LOT between dealers.
At the same time keep an eye member sale section HERE once you have access or you may even post a WTB request you may find a good deal who knows LOL.
Good luck!
