get it waterproofed and leave it at that. it's a great rep, don't worry about the dial. Only have the crown position change done if/when it needs work on the movement.

Seriously it's a fantastic watch as is. Beautiful and the difference between it and the real one is insignificant. It's not worth spending the money on it Imho.

I have one and I can't warm up to it. It's very nice and well made but it's so thick and stiff compared to less expensive natos. Maybe it just needs to break in idk?

Check out the Gekota. Nice and soft, not too thick. Has a 'vintaged' colourway and you can choose the metal colour. The bronze could be a bit cheeky with the hands / markers / gilt on the dial...

I really like the alpha shark and if you read the reviews they come a little stiff new but loosen up as you wear them and become quite comfortable
