I'm not sure thats entirely accurate as I have some reps with 3 spokes, I found this pic that shows reps too have 3 spokes.

Interesting. I learned something new today. All mine have 4 spokes but I guess they are all newer hi-beat from the same factory. The original early lo-beat movements did come from a different Chinese factory than the later hi-beats and had a spotty reputation, at best.

Yeah, I googled a7750 balance wheel and those pics came up only noticed after I posted, so added the next comment too. But def one of my pam a7750 movements has only got 3 spokes but is currently stuck with china post on a 6 week so far return due to a date wheel issue so cant take a pic to show you, but I had taken the back off to try and repair it myself and while I was at it compared the movements between that and a gen U-boat ETA7750 movement and was quiet shocked at how similar they were, both balance wheels were def 3 spoke, I'm sure I would have noticed.
