RIght. So, let's be clear here. I gave them over a month of "sir, kindly wait" and I did. I knew the watch was lost. They knew the watch was lost. But hey, why not? I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Then they admit the watch is lost. So, I'm told they will issue a refund by the end of the day. When I don't get it and email them two days later, the story has changed. Now they cannot do that.

Nobody has said anything about Amazon or expecting anything immediately. I gave them ample time and was then told I'd have a refund, only to be told two days later they can't do it and I'm out of luck. That's not "TD" behavior.
Firstly, we did not know or confirmed it is lost. It is shipping company keeps asking us to wait for them to resolve the shipping issue. They told us to wait a week then one more week then now the deadline to end of this month. We chose a refund earlier than the deadline becaue it's been pushed very hard from your side. But when we were about to refund, the credit card company told us the chanel is shut down so the refund can't be processed from our side. As we said, you can feel free to do a charge back to get the money back. and we also offered we can reship the order. I don't see anywhere we are trying to scam you anything.

I was perfectly fine until I was lied to. I know all this.

The TDs don't control the mail system - they do control the companies they ship with. Two other TDs got me watches well after I ordered the one from Puretime with no issue.

And others should be aware of Puretime's practices. That's why a public post is in order.
Bro I had an issue with the stock and asked for refund yesterday. They immidately refunded me . I need to wait some time for my money but they are doing their work and they won't scam you . Look for my post around it was just updated . Have a nice day.

I hate it when people accuse a TD of scamming them -- as if the TD went through a lot of trouble trying to figure out their latest plan. "Now, let's see ... we send the watch, hope it gets lost in customs, tell the customer we'll refund him, close down the credit card processor, and tell the customer we can't send the refund! Yes! Brilliant! And we can always tell the customer to wait for us to ship another watch. But let's hope they fly into a raging panic and accuse us of trying to scam him. Wait. That doesn't make sense."

Of course, besides having common sense and a modicum of patience, if OP still insists on causing a ruckus, at least title the post with something like "Help with PT, having problems with refund" or something like that. Not a single TD on here is ever going to intentionally scam you. Period!

You're right. The title could have been better.

To reiterate, my only issue is to say "We'll have you a refund by the end of the day" after weeks of my knowing the watch was a goner and then to go silent, not telling me that the processor was down and so they could not have effected a refund. Had I not checked in two days later, asking for proof, how much longer would it have gone on? That seems less than honest to me.
