I think so.

It is not that popular as a watch , only 18 listed on Chrono 24

Plus, i think that dial will get boring soon...

I would prefer this configuration, the indexes are more "familiar" and perhaps it would be less boring (for me it wouldn't be at all :) )

But the straps on the latest version are crazy! too beautiful!

Where straps are concerned there’s always been just one version from the start. Each 15600Ti always comes with 4 straps. There’s been no change.

Sure @legend , I was referring to the 77600, the model also discussed in this thread:

The 77600 is the 37mm version of the 15600 and it always comes with 4 straps too doesn’t it? Has there been a change in the straps configuration?

Yes, the 37mm model...only the grain of the strap material has changed...I find them spectacular

The texture on the straps have always been the same for the 77600. AP calls it the “constellation” texture. The 15600 comes with smooth rubber straps and the 77600 comes with textured ones. This has always been the case from the start.

Ok @legend , I thought the 37mm came later, but I was referring precisely to that type of strap...utopian but it would be great to have it on the 41mm, but apparently we can continue to wait and dream about it “constellation” or not :)

When AP released the music edition, there were 5 models released simultaneously:

- 43mm titanium version
- 37mm titanium version
- 43mm ceramic version
- 43mm white gold version
- 37mm white gold version.

The link is here

So you see there is no “latest” version nor was there a straps update. The 37mm have always come with the textured straps.

But that trivia aside, I think this thread is not about the 77600 or the 15600 specifically but rather the music edition collectively. If one model is being released by the rep factory, I’m guessing that the 43mm titanium will be the first. It is something relatively easy to replicate I guess but it’s not something I personally like, as the dial will grow old after a while for me. For those looking forward to the release of this rep I wish you all the best and I understand the appeal of the dial for many. It’s just a very subjective thing visually like any watch actually. I hope that you have your wishes granted by the powers which are.

Sorry for the confusion @legend , I said 41 instead of 43mm...too many watches in my head! 🤦‍♂️

And thank you so much for your clarifying post 🙏

It is important for me that the information posted are true, so that whoever comes by to peruse them can walk away with the correct facts and make informed decisions efficiently. In this case, I don’t want anyone thinking there’s a “latest” version of the music edition when there isn’t. Also it is incorrect to state that the texture of the straps on the 37mm have been updated. Lastly, this thread isn’t about the 77600 specifically. Discussion about any version of the music edition is welcome.

As long as you know which version you like, I guess that’s the most important I guess. But I don’t want others being confused by what you wrote and take off to go unicorn hunting. That’s all. Please carry on thank you.

Please don’t apologize it’s just a forum for discussion not a court of law 😆
I want everyone including you to be able to get the right info from here so that you get clarity and elucidation instead of confusion.

No problem @legend , I made a mess and it doesn't cost me anything to admit it or apologize :)

@Horace_Derwent , the Code 11.59 drives me crazy! One of those that if I could I would take Gen!

@legend : impressive AP knowledge, do you like also other AP like the Millenary or the Code 11.59 or the (not findable in rep) Edward Piguet?
I don’t quite like the millenary because of the case shape but code 11.59 I do like the new chronograph ones with the tweaked dials and with lumed hands. They are actually pretty underrated and are works of art in person. The steel one with green dial is very nice, I tried on one recently and thinking of putting my name on the list for one.
