Problem with shipping 4 orders using DHL in Hong Kong

For now I am still waiting to see what happens.
I have been in touch with the TD and with DHL.
Sent DHL an invoice for "watch for parts" but I am not confident that it will work...
It is a little saddening... It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife! It did not turn out as I planed...

I have had an issue with DHL Hong Kong my TD issued me with a track record but it only still showing as lodged no driver has picked up or no shipping has been paid for according to DHL but my TD swears he has sent it ?!?! Anyone else had similar issues lately
