Beautiful daytona you have there! May i know where you got the rubber strap? If it happen to be rubber b / everest is it a straight fit on the noob ? I'd also like to know if there are alternative straps you can recommend without spending too much on the rubber b.

Thanks, I got the band from rubber B website, of course not cheap but quality is what you expect for.
I have test others from eBay seller, poor finishing, reason why I bought from rubber B, fit perfectly.
Never had Everest band, but they look good too.

If we do not bring quality into the picture but value, would you say rubber B is still a better buy for the visuals? or are aftermarket e bay sellers better?

Here’s my today’s work for a great member, watch was still a Franken, not well built, hands not properly fit in, even one was glued.
Dial not well aligned, movement not running well, amplitude 278 to 288 after few minutes wearing it.
The hours wheel was damaged, so I changed it by a gen
And assembly job after cleaning and properly oiled
Gen barrel and mainspring
Chrono parts
The auto wind module full of rust and dust
And after a good cleaning and all wheels gen and unused
And all in
Timegrapher before regulated it and in stable position after 30 minutes
And simulated the movement on wrist
Dial is gen, hands are all gen, crystal gen too, now will changed the bezel by the good gen one for non rehaut engraved model

Now it’s finished, minutes chrono hands not well aligned, so now it is,
Gen gasket and gen crystal
Arf bezel vs gen bezel, gen really more flat
And all in
Even not a single extractor mark on the side of the bezel, and really hard to fit in, understand why they are waterproof!!

Beautiful work bro, can you share what tools you use for removing and installing bezels? Particularly ceramic I am afraid of cracking without expensive tools.

Gen hands doesn’t like rep wheels, so to fit them in and made them like, it’s not easy, sometimes they fit in properly, most of time need to be modded, or the hole is to little or too big, reason why most of Franken with gen hands have them not fully pop in or too much.
The best is to change the wheels by gen, gen hands fit in easy, was surprised how easy it is.
I am not using the best movement holder,

Thanks bro, I am using those tools, but really need to go gently especially with ceramic bezel, I always protect the case and the bezel when using extractor, most of time brake when fit in due to the gasket which is too fat for it, especially when used gen crystal and gasket, every time I slim it a little to let the ceramic bezel fit in properly and without brake it.
