And I'd imagine there are those would-be customers who aren't swayed by a few one star reviews.

I would not assume that.
What people want to see is whether you were reasonable or not. And that’s a fair request.
By declining, you reinforce the perception that you might not have been.
Most of us have RL before. Myself included, and not with Hont.
In my case, the TD sent me 5512 qc vs the 5513 i ordered. That’s a reasonable RL.
You can’t imagine the number of unreasonable RL I have seen in just over a year of membership.
I can assure you that if the two RL were reasonable, you will get objective feedback.

Just my thought I have ordered clean factory before which were as close as gen but some qc from clean I haven't seen this bad

Membership response to this thread is quite disappointing. What was the reason for a three page thread where the OP is defending himself from a valid complaint and ridicule?
The OP didn't ask anyone for their opinion on his watch. Only thing he finds an issue with is the duration of his refund, which I find has credit to it. It sounds like the OP did his research when buying a watch and used the QC rules correctly.
The minority of posts giving the OP support on his valid complaint is very disappointing on how minimal it is. Where did those who really want to help have gone?
There's no need to find an argument in every thread for or against a TD, this gives RWI a bad rep. Remember, you all also have a responsibility at how RWI is seen.
If you have nothing helpful to say, say nothing. Stop looking for a pissing contest on each thread. Stop embarrassing RWI and yourselves. If you cannot do that, I'll start handing out warnings and reply bans. Don't give me an apology, change your tunes.

Loosely translated as "I ordered an expensive rep, how come they don't give me a gen?"
Give it a full wind. Then wear it and see how long it lasts. That's the only way to know. I can tell you that the one I have usually lasts close to the 72 hour mark on a full wind.
Even if the watch doesn't last for 72 hours, I don't believe Hont sent you a fake Clean. It's a replica buddy, sometimes you're just unlucky...
Make your own thread on this matter so you can get better assistance. It is frowned upon to highjack someone else's thread for your own issues.

I been wanting that watch but I want to learn which one should I buy ? I've gotten about 10 watches from dealers in the last 2 years. I've never once looked at QC photos. I've told all of them, just ship it. I don't understand the massive attention paid to the smallest details that no one other than yourself will ever know about.
That's because we remember the days when we didn't have QC. I bought watches from Lay for years and never had an issue.
Didn't you also get the watches stuffed inside toys to help get pass customs too...
I remember once it was a cookie box... with cookies...

100% we did. I had a dealer who would always slice open a rubber ducky and on the customs form put "Mechanical Duck"
I used to get custom straps from Italy inside a magazine with the pages cut out to fit .
... I ate the watch, wore the cookies.
