1234_cool_uncle,

I apologize if my comments came across as harsh or rude. I understand you are upset, but this is not how we do business here at RWI. This is a community forum of like-minded members. As such, it has established norms about how we transact with each other. These are not "rules" (most of them anyway), but they are commonly accepted.

You are new here, and I'm sorry for the somewhat harsh welcome, at least for my part of it. Nevertheless, when you enter a new place, it's wise to adopt the local customs, not force yours upon the locals. Of course, that's a metaphor.

There is a way of doing things here, and you have broken 2 two of those customs. (1) You should not have immediately resorted to a call-out thread. Next time, please go through the Mod on the For Sale forum. (2) Sneed it right: you ship the watch back, then Watchfaker refunds your money (if that's the relief you choose). If you buy from another member, the risk of customs is always on the buyer. This is how we do business here. If you don't like it, I don't know what to tell you.

If you stick to our way of doing things, people will be glad to help you. As an example, look how generous RSH has been, even when he had no need to be. This is not the Wild West. We look out for our online friends here, and we don't suffer crooks or scammers...at all. The Admins, Owners, and Mods here are great, and they make sure the members are top notch, and behaving themselves.

If a member really did scam you, he would not be welcomed back by the mods. Hardly any member, let alone someone who has been here a long, long time, would risk their continued membership over one watch.

My point is, that you can trust the members and mods here. If there is a problem, the mods will help clear it up. If you do things the right way, you'll be fine. And yes, there is always the chance that you'll get burned once or twice. This is replica watches, after all.

The alternative, as Sneed pointed out, is to have one $5,000 gen watch. But where is the variety and fun in that? Overall, you need to accept that we have a way of doing things here, and stick to that way. You also need to calm down, and not go from "0 to nuclear" so quickly. You'll notice that while some members do agree with you, and are sticking up for you, there are equally as many members who were offended and/or annoyed at how you've been handling this situation.

Please take this to heart, and you'll have a great time enjoying the hobby here.

EDIT: looks like you guys reached an agreement. Good.

+1

First of all, I apologize to you deeply. and to you entire guys in RWI. specially to watchfaker.

Actually, I am not bad boy. also not a crazy man.
I am just usually the common people, very common.

I undergone harsh hazing.

I want to write a reply in detail. But.... you can understand.

Something was happened.
I can see something at the dial and hands.

but he said..

"Can you see this at wrist length? Hard to judge under macro shot."

At that time, I was a foreigner did not use in english. and I was alone.
IT was a point make me upset.

Anyway evething is a OK.
Thanks

And IF I buyed NEW thing and I can see the marks at dial and hands like this situlation, I ask entire money of TC dial + Hands + shipping fee = 120 $
But it is a not "NEW" just "USED" even it is a "MINT", So I asked only 75 $ for the only dial. except hands price and shipping fee.

I am not a strange weird man.
I just hope I can get welcomed.

other side story, but.
Jan 2012, about 8300 USD , We(group-buy) got scamed , at watch-u-seek forum from USA people. named sergay.

He sales a tourbillon watch from million smart. also sales this item at the ebay.

Call out thread without going to the mods 1st is poor form imho.
Dragging RSH name into it is complete garbage period.

THIS

It's in poor taste and ridiculous to handle a transaction this way. It's not like you two have been pm'ing each other about this for a few weeks, and had the moderators involved. This is a purely unprofessional way to handle a dispute. Now we have the buyer posting the terms of the refund, and what he wants ? What kind of garbage is this ? This should all be discussed in PM's and not on a thread. Learn to act like a professional, even if you are not.

I really do not want to write replies any more.

But IF When I sent a PM at first about this situlation, IF He ansewered other way.

Not this below.

This situlation never happened.

I just expected " I did not see that marks something, anyway I am sorry. Can I see the more pics? How can I do that?"

Ofcouse I know this situlation is ridiculous.

Please Stop to tell me off, this is all my fault.

I did not see any thing wrong in my response. I was awaiting more info from you, instead you plaster this on a thread? I've been handling this professionally and you're acting like you want the entire world to agree with you. I gave you options and you settled.

Yes. at your side.

I am not talking about who's fault now.

This is from some culture difference.

Like this case, In our culture, At first we usally say " sorry". anyway. Whatever any reasons. in common.

I thought you are so stubborn ( I don;t know this word is exact What I want to say in english.)

You looked like just were avoid responsibility.

Now I know It is not.

So I apologize to you again.
I hope you understand me.
and I know it is hadr to do. But I hope your bad feeling can go away about me.

Thanks
