I had it done by a jeweler. Any jeweler can do it as long as you bring the bezel to them. Have it removed from the watch first by a technician.

Getting things delivered successfully at the moment, at 4 watches in the last year from a combination of JTime and Hont. Last delivery was last week (which I've unfortunately got to send back to China, but I expect it'll be fine on the way back as well)

'Never ever send a watch back to China' is one of the things na natutunan ko dito sa RWI. Try mo muna ipa-repair dito sa Pinas.
