Believe it or not it's the strap that came with it. I mixed a little brown and black polish to make it bearable since I don't have any 26mm straps.

I might do the same. Maybe some leather conditioner etc will work? Did you use shoe polish or something? I'm waiting on straps so I need to do something like this as well.

I tried mink oil but didn't do much so I tried shoe polish and worked like a charm to give it that used look.
