I relumed my 382 pearl with a mix of 2 part epoxy and a little bit of white humbrol enamel paint. I even put in a bit of white/green lume powder. I just mixed it up well and applied some with a toothpick and allowed it to flow and fill up the pearl "cup." I removed the old pearl first
Should work, I bought the powder from noctilumina.com, great stuff.
Just keep in mind that when luming the outside of a watch, it helps to mix with/or have a top coat of epoxy or similar. Lume alone on the outside may not be too durable long term.
