Man I just recieved this today and I must say its the BEST Panarai rep I reckon I've had and I've had heaps.

Bezel is beautiful/100 straight and the click is awesome. Nice and tight and absolutely zero play!!!..............that is amazing from a rep.

The movement on mine is quite as well. Man i'm gonna be wearing this for a while

^ Thanks Bud. Pic for you all. :)

I love this. I seriously cant believe how nice the bezel is + I've just removed the strap and broken it in so its super comfy now.

Mine just landed from Sora. It's impressive, the quality of reps are amazing to what we had just 4 years ago!! The finish is extremely well done, from the very fine brushing to the polished bezel edge. The CG has a very tight lever which snaps into place. The date sets with a snap as well, very nice!

The CP is a bit recessed and has a little dome to it, but you can't really tell without a loupe. The bezel is a few hairs off from being perfectly aligned, but it clicks and rotates with a very tight and solid feel. This tightness allows me to move it to a perfectly centers position and it stays there, works for me!!

I will most likely get another and another until I land the 'perfect' one, but honestly, this watch is incredible for the price. My complaints are super picky and irrelevant for the $298 price with shipping (seagull). To make a comparison, I just picked up a Heroic18 M8 Bronze diver which retailed for $799 and the bezel was the same!! Just a few hairs to the right when locked into place.

I had to throw together a new strap right away, and since I don't have 26mm titanium buckles yet, I took the buckle from a gen keychain ;)

Hi I read the whole thread but am wondering how do you change the strap on this? I have the 569 and noticed it doesn't have a normal screw like other PAM reps I own and I'm averse to pressing down on the little screw at the back behind the lug until I know for sure this is the way to change the strap? Any help appreciated.

Thanks,

MB

^^^ Tried really hard to push down on the button behind lugs and still no luck. I don't want to push down any harder as I feel like I might damage the watch - anyone else have this problem?

Easy on the quick release system there mate because you could damage it. It is not that fragile, but it is not that strong either, I've seen one or two gen broken.

Try to push it gently like in this video : http://youtu.be/xsu1jvnImN8

If you don't have the strap changing tool use a couple of toothpicks.
Push the the button on the lug using one hand and push the lugbar out with the other hand, do it at the same time.
Done. :)

Absolutely love the dial on this but i can't get over the daestro setup. Does it ever end up feeling right with the cg on the other side?

It does not feel strange at all, since you can't feel the crown guard digging into your arm. If you prefer the crown guard near your hand, wear it on the right wrist. :)
