Check this out. First I put it in a plastic container filled with hot water and I added some liver of sulfur I put in a small piece of 2x4 in the hot water, the piece of wood was tall enough where the top of was sticking out of the water so I can place the watch on top of it. I didn't want to submerge it I thought it would give it a little more of a patina this way. I let it sit like that for two days and when I took it out the watch was complete black. Well I wasn't satisfied with it and wanted to take it to the next level, looked In the kitchen and I found some sea salt so I thought why not [emoji38]. It's been sitting like this for about 3 days now check out the pics and let me know what you think.
