Damn 3 months! I hope mine doesn’t take that long. The watch however looks beautiful!

Thanks for sharing guys. Is the surface supposed to be a bit grainy?

Looks good to me. Seems HWF did a rather good job with the dial-surface.

Here are some pictures of the VSF 911 to compare. One can not believe, all photos show the same watch .

Vsf 911? I think you mean Noob 911.
Noob dial color is spot on.

I already have all the conclusions, but so far there is no full-fledged post, but in order not to develop a field for fantasies:

Disadvantages:
- No roller on the CG lever.
- Lack of dots on initials in CB engraving
- Case for OP.I/II/X/XI models, in size and proportion.
- No 8 days PR
- Fish eye effect on the crystal.
- Insufficiently polished crown teeth.
- Dial fonts are thicker, appearing more pink than yellow in some lighting conditions.
- The color of the dial is brighter.
- Mediocre engraving depth
- Sandwich cutout a little wider, the sandwich itself probably a little deeper, and the edges are too rounded.

On the plus side, they've clearly gotten rid of the blue AR like they did a year ago.
The case requires additional analysis and is in progress.

Considering here is a list of noobs, which can only boast of not being so accurate, but still more acceptable (for some, because no one compared anything with gen)
Disadvantages:
- In general, the layout of the dial from PAM111, which is different from any 8 days, PAM510, for example. As we have seen for example with the first generation of 8 days models from KW/V6F.
- The numbers on the sandwich are not in the correct shape
- Dial fonts are different, also in accordance with PAM111.
- "PRE-V" arms, instead of "Modern"
- Uses the standard case for 6497 models, in appropriate proportion and design, instead of the thinner case of 8 days P.5000 models.
- Standard 6497 in OP.XI style inside, no P.5000 decoration (although the model has a solid caseback)
- Not the best crystal quality, in particular having a blue AR tint, which is completely absent on GEN.
- Not completely flat CP.
- No dots on AB initials
- Fisheye effect that shouldn't be on HW PAMs with manufactory movt.
- General shortcomings of NOOB products from this period, other than those I didn't mention above, such as poor CG pin, poor quality of CB engravings, poor screw rods, with a surface slot, and a rounded end on the thread side, and in general, far from being the best a good case, to proportions and shape, given what was done before, and I wrote about it in detail using the example of PAM390 here: https://forum.replica-watch.info/forum/panerai/9531941-pam390-noob-old- vs new

In general, given that many shortcomings are common, analysis in comparison of two incorrect cases is redundant, and even more so that the noob is no longer there, I would consider the HFW PAM911 the best for today.
Those who wish can argue.

I think it's NOOB. I already remember how they called some NOOB PAMs that we are used to "GMF" or something like that.

That’s so weird haha never heard of a BP Pam and that looks like the noob dial. Oh well, if the noob was available again, it wouldn’t harm either. The price is not bad

I don't think the 8 days are produced anymore (I used to have a KW if I remember, or was it Noob from old days...).
This thread is dedicated to the HWF 911 by the way.

It looks like this HWF version is no longer available. I order one from TrustyTime and on QC photos was a Noob factory verstion. Andrew from TT reorder HWF version from factory but the second item was the same.
Comment from TT: "Factory informed that their model are like this"
I don't know now if TT is ordering directly from factory or from bigger dealler. May be you get luck to order true HWF from another TD like PureTimeWatch or JTime. But in my opinion all this shops owned by one TD (what do you think?).

Go with the noob. Listen many people dont know what a 911 looks like. So if you can get the noob and save your self some money as they are on discount from Trusty. I did and love it.

Already got them. For me the significant drawback was PANER A I writing. But after I found out that gen PAM111 have the same writing - i accepted it) Also i like the color of "leather" strap in noob version - it's very organic to dial color.
My idea was - to buy a replica pams to try them on a wrist before buy a gen one. But for now they brought me more joy than buying the gen Omega)
