Sandwich dial versus sausage, .... "vintage" lume , gold hands , brown dial

movement holder

Keeps great time, no issues with the movement ....
Only added a movement holder to both sides, found one holder not to be sufficient. ( you could see the movement moving when setting time )
The next thing I changed is the crown & CG to a noob version, the gap between crown and case is now not as prominent and I prefer the finish of the noob crown ( the one on my 390 was poorly finished and had rough edges )
CG now has a better pin, flat & completly flush ...
Doesn't really show on my pictures, but that's because of my skills as a photographer , .... LOL

Can you post pics or tutorial on adding another movement holder? Is this a necessary mod?

Only necessary if the movement is a bit loose, ...
Tutorial ? nope did not make one, just add another holder
It's self-explanatory when you open up the case back.

I just got my 390 and realised the lume is nowhere near the usual super rep standard. Any one have the same issue?

Mine glows like a torch, and takes very little light to do so. What other super rep are you comparing it to? As a sandwich dial will glow stronger than a sausage dial, as there is more lume in the sandwich dial.

Dude, this thing is nuke powered for a sausage dial!!

Doesn't last as long (really drops off intensity over 5 mins or so), but it does consistently last me a few hrs to where I can see it a few hrs after I fall asleep

Guys, not only is it a sausage dial but it's also patina lume as well. It's never going to be as strong as a sandwich dial, or as long lasting as pure c1/c3 blends. It's very good for what it is.

I got mine from Tony (Asian7750.com)

Received the watch in Colorado less than 4 days after payment! Fast QC pics and shipment and cheaper than everyone else (if you dont care about the rep assolutamente strap like me, it comes with an extra free rubber strap instead). Also, he double boxed it plus loads of bubblewrap which was pleasantly surprising.

I paid on the 27th at night time and recived it on the 1st I think. Just FYI on a recent 390 purchase.
