PAM390 is out! (non TD)

Keeps great time, no issues with the movement ....
Only added a movement holder to both sides, found one holder not to be sufficient. ( you could see the movement moving when setting time )
The next thing I changed is the crown & CG to a noob version, the gap between crown and case is now not as prominent and I prefer the finish of the noob crown ( the one on my 390 was poorly finished and had rough edges )
CG now has a better pin, flat & completly flush ...
Doesn't really show on my pictures, but that's because of my skills as a photographer , .... LOL

Good to hear about the movement. How easy is the noob cg swap? The gap between the case irritates me a lot with the H fac's.
My 005 has a noob CG as well, .... also to correct crown from case space , to create some distance opposite too 390

Dealers will not sell it with a Noob Cg, you should be able to pick one up in the forsale section, they usually sell for about $45.
If you do not want to swap, you can always remove the rubberseal from the existing crown ( or replace with a thinner one ), it will decrease the gap between the case as well ....

I did some work on my 390 again, changed the cg back to the original one, together with a noob crown on which I changed the seal rubber to a thinner one ....
After this I made the cg pin slightly recessed ( & re-polished it ) , to make it look almost the same as the one on my Gen 111 ...
End result
Gen cg on the left ( 111 ) my 390 on the right ...

That looks excellent Mambo, is it supposed to flush or slightly recessed, as the Cg on my 005k is slightly recessed, might just swop the crown guards around
