PAM2231 is going to be released by vsf

Just received newsletter from puretime and they are taking pre oder for vsf pam2231. This one looks like a duplicate of PAM960 but with white lume color. I think vsf just won't bother making the case thinner.

Since the thickness of the VSF PAM960 is 14.6mm, we can assume the same thickness for this model?
I silently hoped that the 13mm statet at puretimes are true...

Another one that I’m not interested in.. can’t remember the last time I was truly excited about a pam rep release.. it’s like they are fixed on one style and none of the classic Luminor or radiomir styles.

Exactly my same sentiment. The all black with the white lume plots just looks better. All they need to do now is to bring back the 682 or the steel bezel submersible in 42. Then I'd be sold.

While I like the 960 better, more uniform and less busy with colors another 42mm Carbotech is great! I think the thickness is fine and it wears thin to me on the wrist. These 42mm's wear great on the wrist and I also hope they bring back the 682 all steel. I will throw money at that, lol.

I own the VS PAM00616 and it's the PAM that I use the least. A total box queen. Im skipping this one.

Me too, but p900 would be nice upgrade for other models with this movement

p900 clone would open the doors for dozens superreps.
And the p900 movement is simple enough to be cloned.

However Panerai seems to be loosing favor with chnese customers.
