Exactly, and it's not really a big deal to fix that for a movement factory. But they just don't do it.

I have just seen the video of this replica today and I felt in love. Something I have to buy..
What are the options? Only one factory is making it?
Edit : looks like there are 2 factories making these, KW and V6

Hmmmm i may be mistaken here mysterio but are you sure? I though kw's new name was now xf (kw -> v6f -> xf) and vsf was a different factory?
Yes, I am sure. The plan was to separate the V6F factory into two sub-factories, VSF for PAMs and XF for everything else. But some TDs still use XF attribution for PAMs.

Im a little confused honestly because i bought a new make pam 2 weeks ago and its down as a v6f? The vsf seems to be reserved for the 7pm balance wheel models?
But they used XF for the PAM671, so all three factory names are used for PAMs (with the exception of KW, which is no more). Here is the specific post by Angus. V6F wasn't killed off, now there isn't a specific reason for maintaining the factory naming separation. LOL

First, they killed off the KW branding because the owner of the factory wanted to separate themselves completely from the Kuvarsit Watch dealer which initially sold their watches. That's where their V6F factory came in. The subdivision of V6F to VSF and XF was for marketing, since majority of V6F products were PAMs so it was natural for them to set aside a factory specifically for that brand, and we saw VSF come out with some models to introduce the new factory. But like I said even though the plan was to use XF for other brands, they also used it for the PAM671 and the PAM718 so someone made a mistake. Hahaha
It makes a lot of sense though. The dials of the vsf's looked remarkably v6f like to me... now i know why.
