You could also buy a 'rubbery' ball off ebay for $2 and push it against the case back to remove, very easy to use! Or just wear it as it is, 99% of the time the watch stays strapped to your wrist no one will notice it... looks pretty good overall.

Buy a nice strap and no one will even care about the silly engraving...

Closed case back and a bad ass strap like evilpenguin stated and you're good to go

Better to focus on the printing on the dial. There's a batch out there with a really fat rather distorted print of LUMINOR PANERAI, and a version with a much finer/better print of LUMINOR PANERAI.

Fine print + closed caseback and proper strap gives you an amazing watch at a good price.
Note that the watch in these pictures has the fat print :)

I'm somewhat noobish to the rep world, but I cannot understand the gripes over these minute details. Details that cannot be seen unless closely inspected. Also, when it comes to what it looks like off the wrist, that's what a watch box is for. If you want perfection, buy the genuine article; simple.

Actually, perfection is overrated. :p Probably not very many in the gen world has the dedication to even the smallest detail that rep collectors have, the thrill that it gives. It's all about the journey, not the destination.

Sure it's not perfect, but not sure how anyone couldn't love the value of a 372 Noob. You could spend $150 on a bottle of wine or some silly thing. Or you could have this and wear it and just enjoy it
