I understand your disappointment but this is not unique to your case, I've seen this misalignment several times. This is not a single watch issue, but may be an issue with the batch/run of the printing on the decorative movement plates caused this to happen. It's not fixable (replacing the movement may not be a viable solution since I doubt it has been corrected, nor reprinting the text on the plates, unless you have the tools to do it).
Like what others have said, you need to look at the movement in total and it's clear it's not genuine, no need to focus on the text alignment. Even then, the dial is one of the best PAM372 replications. And the price does reflect that inaccuracy. It's up to you what you want to do next.
